Mini Charms are becoming a big hit. However, if you want to use EPP Hexagons Best to buy 3/4" or 1/2" Hexies. 

In picture above is 1 1/2" hexagons. 

I was advised to buy that size. 

Thought I would pass the word out not to do that.
