Hondstooth and Summer Blog Hop

Basted Houndstooth

Yay! Its basted!

I started cutting out this Houndstooth Quilt designed by Vanessa Christensen of V&Co. in April at my guild's Sew- In.

Fast forward - Tutorial for Moda was in the middle of it all.

Now I have it basted and ready to quilt!

When it is done I'll write up the full story of the hair pulling this quilt gave me!

Sorry no linking this week. Do not really have anything to write home about.

Except for the Let's Get Acquainted Summer Blog Hop Tour.

This week, well on Tuesday:

Amy from Amy's Crafty Shenanigans has a very cute  Frayed Frog Quilt
Heidi from Fabric Mutt has a Travel Binder that she made for her three kids to hold all their goodies for those long car rides.

Thursday:

Jodi from Tickle and Hide (waiting to see at the moment what Jodi will have). But do check out Jodi's blog she does make the most adorable baby and kids clothes!
Libby from Miss Beau Jangles has a Bead Bag Tutorial. Libby makes these bags for an organization called Beads of Courage. The thought behind these bags is to help children and teens who have suffered server injuries to over come them. To read more of the full story go on over to Libby's blog.

Love your houndstooth. Is there a tutorial for that? Or is it a purchased pattern?
